Return

With this form you can announce a return. Please note that we do not pay the return costs out of respect for our environment. In this way, we want to avoid unnecessary delivery routes, which reduces CO2 emissions. Furthermore, avoiding unnecessary returns reduces packaging waste and the valuable resource paper is saved by not using return labels.

An exception is made for defective goods: If something is wrong with your product, we will of course refund the return costs.
