General Terms and Conditions

General terms and conditions and customer information

Date of the conclusion of the contract:

You can select products from our range and collect them in a virtual shopping cart by clicking the button “Add to cart”. By clicking the button “Buy” you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

We will then send you an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail, in which your order will be listed again and which you can print out by clicking on “Print”. The automatic acknowledgement of receipt only documents that we have received your order and does not constitute an acceptance of the contract.
If you choose a prepayment method (Sofortüberweisung.de, Paypal, credit card), the contract is concluded after your order by us asking you to pay.

If you choose cash on delivery or purchase on account, the contract is concluded by sending a separate order confirmation or the delivery of the goods.

The contract language is English.

Storage of the contract text:

You can view the general terms of contract at any time on this page. We save the contract text and send you the order data by e-mail. You can view your past online orders in our customer login area, provided that you have opened a customer account when placing your order.

Warranty:

The warranty is provided in accordance with the statutory provisions, whereby in the event of a defect in the goods, we will, at your discretion, first deliver a replacement or repair the goods. If the repair fails or if the re-delivered goods are also defective, you can return the goods for a full refund or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price. Information about possible manufacturer warranties can be found in the product documentation.

For assertion please write to us at the following address and enclose the invoice as a guarantee document:

Place of jurisdiction:

For contracts with merchants, with legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the sole place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from the business relationship, including actions on bills of exchange and checks, shall be the registered office of the seller.

Alternative dispute resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG:

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Consumers have the possibility to use this platform for the settlement of their disputes. In principle, we are prepared to participate in out-of-court conciliation proceedings.
